Ask An Accountant: Making Tax Digital - How Income Tax Will Change

From 6th April this year, the way income tax is reported to HMRC will change for many sole traders, landlords and other key groups. This will affect some GPs and practice managers, but do you know in what way, and how you can prepare?

On Wednesday 25th March, Thornfields are hosting an interactive, expert-led webinar with Chartered Accountant Phil Harnby. It will tell you everything you need to know, and give you tips on how best to prepare.

Among other things, Phil will cover:

  • What is Making Tax Digital (MTD) and why is it being implemented?
  • Will it affect me, and how?
  • What are the thresholds, and might I be exempt?
  • What are the consequence of non-compliance?

It’s a great opportunity to ask an expert about any financial queries or concerns you may have, and a chance to hear from other like-minded professionals.
