Strawberry Hill Medical Centre, Newbury, West Berkshire are seeking an Assistant Practice Manager. This is a role that will reward a person who is self-motivating and reliable, who is a good communicator and enjoys working as part of a team. You are someone who can be given direction on a project, but you will intuitively seek innovative ways to improve performance and efficiency.

Working collaboratively with the Partnership and existing Management Team to provide overall leadership and management skills to enable the practice to meet its agreed aims and objectives. Bringing energy to our staffing and patient experience and helping to create a profitable, efficient, safe and effective practice.
