About You:
- Proven experience in practice or business management, ideally within healthcare
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Positive outlook and ability to support and motivate staff.
- Strong understanding of HR, finance, and NHS regulatory requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively with external stakeholders to improve local healthcare and create opportunities for practice development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the practice, ensuring compliance with NHS standards and regulations
- Provide strategic and operational leadership, working closely with the partners
- Provide leadership and support to our clinical and administrative teams
- Ensure financial sustainability, workforce development and operational efficiency.
- Implement systems and processes to improve patient experience
- Lead on quality improvement initiatives and support the delivery of practice objectives
