About You:

• Proven experience in practice or business management, ideally within healthcare
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• Positive outlook and ability to support and motivate staff.
• Strong understanding of HR, finance, and NHS regulatory requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively with external stakeholders to improve local healthcare and create opportunities for practice development.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the practice, ensuring compliance with NHS standards and regulations
• Provide strategic and operational leadership, working closely with the partners
• Provide leadership and support to our clinical and administrative teams
• Ensure financial sustainability, workforce development and operational efficiency.
• Implement systems and processes to improve patient experience
• Lead on quality improvement initiatives and support the delivery of practice objectives
