Due to retirement, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished, enthusiastic and highly efficient practice manager to join this highly respected, long established and forward-thinking 6,300 patient practice. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and take responsibility for organisational leadership, service improvement and delivery of key targets across all clinical and administrative areas within the practice. 

We are a progressive, well-established and highly regarded GP practice based in Bicester, Oxfordshire, with a growing patient list of 20,000. As an active member of our local Primary Care Network, we collectively serve a combined population of around 55,000 patients. Strong values sit at the heart of everything we do — empathetic patient care, staff wellbeing, and the effective and efficient running of both the Practice and the PCN. We are looking for an accomplished and highly motivated Practice and PCN Manager to join us in a senior leadership role.
