- Shared Calendar - Organise and maintain the practice diary with important meetings, training days and more. Set repeating entries and allow different levels of access so you can share the practice diary with your team.
- Contacts - A simple and easy to access store of contact information for all the people and organisations important to your practice. You can also view Patient Group members and Patients who have subscribed to your newsletter.
- Holiday planner - Track and report on staff absence for holidays, training or sickness. Review at a glance who is at the practice and when. It automatically picks up staff from your website to add to the diary.
- Schedule & room diary - Manage staff shifts and room access. This is especially useful where visiting clinicians occupy a room in the practice that is shared by other professionals.
- Patient survey tool - Create your own patient surveys using the simple, custom built patient survey tool. Publish on your website and the survey tool will automatically collate and graph the results.
- User polls - you can create a poll which allows fast and easy access to simple questions. This allows rapid feedback from your patients on a particular topic. You can create your own polls and add them to the website within the editor.
- Staff schedule - set the weekly schedule for your staff so you can see who is in the practice and when. Like the Holiday Planner, it automatically picks up staff from your website to add to the diary.
- Search facility - easily find any information that you store within the practice management tools. The search will also link to Google so you can search the internet quickly and easily too.
