When I click on a link nothing happens

Pop-up blockers (Windows XP, Google, Yahoo and others). If you have a pop-up blocker enabled it may prevent links to documents on our site from opening, it may also prevent links to other websites from opening. If you click a link and nothing happens, hold down the Ctrl key and click the link again (holding the Ctrl key overrides the pop-up blocker).
