The Partners, Senior Management Team are pleased to announce that they wish to recruit a Head of Operations to the team.
Health Care First (HCF) have undertaken a recent merger and scaled up to meet the emerging challenges within NHS and Primary Care. We are looking for an outstanding operational leader will have overall accountability for ensuring that we have the most efficient and effective systems and processes in place to continually deliver the highest standard of care for our patients. Working with the team, the Head of Operations, will work towards ensuring that the right infrastructure, resources and support are in place for the team to do their jobs in line with the practice’s and wider health care sector priorities.
The Head of Operations will take ownership of designing and implementing the overall operational business strategy, reviewing current processes/plans/ procedures and ensuring they are best in class and consistent across the organisation. To achieve best in class service delivery, the post holder will be expected to proactively engage across the organisation and with patients, seeking feedback whilst setting and monitor operational KPIs and put corrective plans in place where required ensuring continuous service improvement is embedded across the organisation.
You will be a skilled communicator, with experience of change management and the knowledge of developing robust management information/analytics systems/dashboards
Salary / Package
Salary will be dependent upon experience, which will include NHS Pension and access to the Practice’s Health Insurance Scheme. Further details will be provided at interview.
