Are you experienced in patient or customer services, with team management and looking for a new opportunity and challenge?
We are a friendly practice, focused on nurturing team members to deliver excellent patient care looking for someone to move into a newly created Operations Manager role for our stable practice. You will be supported by our Business Practice Manager, the partners, and an excellent clinical and non-clinical team.
We are looking for an accomplished, motivated, and proactive individual with a demonstrable career in team and people management along with patient services, compliance, and health and safety. The successful candidate will work with the Business Practice Manager to deliver service improvement and delivery of key targets across the full range of clinical and administrative areas within the practice including regulatory compliance and oversight of patient feedback.
Whilst experience in general practice is desirable, we welcome new ideas from outside of the NHS. You will also have the vision, willingness, and drive to adapt and lead the practice in the new ways of working in Primary Care Networks and Integrated Care systems.
The successful applicant will be expected to meet the English language fluency requirements as outlined in the Immigration Act 2016
