The practice premises are modern, spacious, light and attractive. The partners have developed a model of care which blends a modern approach with the best of traditional general practice. We have a great clinical team and an exceptional team of receptionists, dispensers and administrative staff, several of whom have great potential to develop under the new manager’s direction. We are a GMS practice, CQC good and high QOF achievers.

solving and planning. Candidates must have demonstrable leadership skills, combined with operational management experience, sound financial acumen, competency in office IT, experience of working closely with external stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams, and excellent people-management and communication skills. Sustaining our happy, well-motivated working environment is a priority.
The successful candidate will have the vision, willingness and drive to move the practice forward,
adapting to NHS targets and changes.
Previous general practice and/or other NHS experience is desirable but not essential. We are looking
for the right person to join our team and thus will consider exceptional candidates if they can
demonstrate transferable skills. Attractive salary commensurate with experience. For more information and to arrange an informal visit please contact Ian.firstname.lastname@example.org (senior partner), attaching a CV and covering letter.
