Five Elms Primary Care Network – PCN Manager

Applicants are invited for the post of Five Elms PCN Manager for our Primary Care Network, covering a patient population of 5 practices over 4 sites -  between Bromley and Biggin Hill area. (Practices: Bromley Common, Southborough Lane, Summercroft, Stock Hill, Norheads Lane).

The role involves strategic planning of the delivery of PCN related service and activity and management of our shared workforce – working closely with the Clinical Director, a Workforce Lead, a Finance Lead, our 4 Practice Managers, and the wider Primary Care teams.

The post will be part-time (2-3 days a week) with flexible working arrangements. We are offering a competitive salary and can start the role with immediate effect once the right candidate is found.
