Salary in the range of £40,000 to £50,000 per annum
Due to retirement, an opportunity has arisen for a new manager to join the practice at a time of rapid change and innovation.
We are looking for someone with a growth mindset who has successful business experience and can demonstrate effective people and resource management. You will also have experience of responding to patient feedback, have sound regulatory, HR and employment law knowledge.
The successful candidate will be part of the executive team responsible for business planning, patient services, compliance, IT development, finance, and delivery of key targets across the full range of clinical and administrative areas within the practice. Experience of successful project management and delivering new business initiatives is important in this role.
Working alongside the Partners and supported by an excellent administrative and clinical team you will be responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of the practice. You will also have the vision, willingness and drive to adapt and lead the practice into the new world of Primary Care Networks and integrated Care systems. Ideally you will have primary care management experience.
The successful applicant will be expected to meet the English language fluency requirements as outlined in the Immigration Act 2016.
