PRACTICE BUSINESS MANAGER

Salary IRO £45,000 - £50,000 pa

Applications are invited for the role of Practice Business Manager for Ashwell and Bassingbourn Surgery; a friendly and supportive two-site Training and Dispensing GP Practice near Baldock in North Hertfordshire. 

We are seeking a candidate with proven leadership and strategic planning skills as well as a strong financial acumen.  Previous experience of managing financial accounts, including forecasting budgets and cash flow is essential, as is experience of working closely with external stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm in supporting the partners and staff to deliver excellent patient care to its circa 8,200 patients.
