Braintree MP James Cleverly recently visited Church Lane Surgery to witness the improvements Virgin Care has been making to the service at the GP practice. James Cleverly MP, said, "I visited Church Lane Surgery to follow up on the concerns that had been raised with me by constituents. I was pleased to see improvements have been made by the management team including better call handling and quicker telephone answering, and increased availability of appointments. The new leadership team is clearly keen to maintain these improvements.”
