An opportunity has arisen to be part of an amazing team; we are a Community Interest Company based in High Wycombe, we, as a team take pride in working together to strive for the best outstanding healthcare to our patients.

We are seeking a forward thinking motivated, experienced manager who will bring enthusiasm, commitment to the role plus a little fun too! Our friendly team works across two sites, Cressex Health Centre and Lynton House in High Wycombe, with a list size of 9000 patients.

The Practice Manager is a pivotal member of the organisation and will be expected to lead and support the team to achieve its aims and objective targets with compassion to our patients and to each other.

The successful candidate will:

• Be able to demonstrate robust leadership and organisational skills
• Have excellent communication skills
• HR and employment contract knowledge
• Financially efficient to ensure practice resilience
• Compliance knowledge with aspects of health and safety
• Leadership role as part of practice CQC registration (Care Quality Commission)

An annual salary of £50,000

The post is full-time (37.5 hours).

Annual Leave entitlement will be 30 days per annum plus all statutory bank holidays
