We are looking for a Practice Manager with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, who is team focussed, compassionate and will foster excellent team working and share our values and ethos.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate clear leadership, operational management, strategic planning and high-level HR skills and experience.

We are a patient focused team committed to delivering excellent care to our list size of 4750 patients and are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated full time Practice Manager to join our progressive and hard-working team.

Townside is an active member of Bury PCN, and has been enabled to devise and develop services tailored to the needs of our patient community.

The role is responsible for overseeing the operational management of the practice, CQC compliance, HR, health and safety. 

Our CQC rating is Good.

The role will be supported by a Deputy Manager, and a Practice team of admin and staff.
