An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished and highly motivated manager to join Beaumont Park Medical Group, an established and respected GP practice in Whitley Bay. 

Candidates must be educated to degree level and have management experience,  leadership skills and a sound knowledge and demonstrable competency in all aspects of business management, including finance, HR, IT and strategic planning.

You will also have the vision, willingness and drive to adapt to NHS targets and changes within an efficient working environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for organisational leadership, service improvement and delivery of key targets across all clinical and administrative areas within the practice.

Working alongside the Partners you will lead and work together with an excellent administrative and clinical team and be responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of this patient centred practice. You will also have the vision, willingness and drive to adapt and lead the practice forward.

Salary £45,000-£55,000 depending on experience.
