PRACTICE BUSINESS MANAGER

37.5 hours per week

Salary in the range of c. £60,000 per annum depending upon experience

Due to retirement, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished and highly motivated manager, with strategic vision, to join this established and respected medical practice. RHR Candidates must be conscientious, provide solid leadership and have a sound knowledge of business management, finance, strategic planning and HR.

Previous management experience, leadership skills, competency in office IT and effective communication skills at all levels are essential.

Supported by an excellent administrative and clinical team, you will also have the vision, willingness and drive to adapt to NHS targets and changes within a profitable, effective and efficient working environment.

The successful applicant will be expected to meet the English language fluency requirements as outlined in the Immigration Act 2016.
