Belgrave Medical Centre is one of the oldest GP Surgeries in England, located in the historic Orange Square in the heart of the local community in Belgravia. We are a highly regarded GMS practice a short walk from Victoria and a stone’s throw from Sloane Square Station with a list size of around 10,000 patients.
We have built a reputation of being a family friendly practice with great access and continuity of care in this stylish and cosmopolitan area.
We have an excellent clinical and administrative team who are very friendly and supportive with many people having been here for more than a decade. The team is hard working, competent, experienced and approachable and would make any new manager feel welcome.
The practice has a traditional GP approach and continuity of care is at the heart of the way we practice. Our GPs and Nurse have been in post for many years and know the patients very well, meaning we do not regularly use locum cover. The practice has good access and friendly patients with the highest patient satisfaction survey ratings in the area, making it a pleasure to work here.
We are CQC registered good and perform highly in QOF and national/local enhanced services due to our whole team approach, in which the entire team comes together to reach our targets.
The practice has a good working relationship with the local practices in our PCN that would support any successful candidate.
We are looking for a dedicated, competent and motivated manager to help lead our practice through a period of transition. It is an exciting opportunity to make this practice your own and really put your stamp on it. We are looking to expand our list size and grow the practice.

You will need to have excellent communication skills and be a real team player with the desire to work in harmony with our existing team. Therefore, approachability and good social skills in manager are important to us.
You will need to be competent in IT as much of our work is electronic and we use a variety of computer packages.
We place a great deal of importance on data protection and confidentiality so it is important that you have a good understanding of GDPR and what is required to ensure the practice remains compliant.
You will be expected to manage the practice finances and will be responsible for meeting practice targets on both administrative and clinical levels.
You will be responsible for staff management, training and development and so a good understanding of HR is a must.
Working alongside the two Partners and supported by our excellent team you will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the practice.
