This is an Outstanding CQC rated General Practice which, due to retirement, has an exciting opportunity for an accomplished, experienced and highly motivated manager, with a demonstrable career in healthcare and people management.
The practice works collaboratively with colleagues in the NHS and locality to provide the best possible flexible patient care; and has a comprehensive understanding of the practice population and community demographics, with a range of strategies including patient educational sessions, which are proactively facilitated by the practice as part of an on-going programme to tackle health inequalities.
RHRCandidates must be conscientious, pragmatic and eloquent, with the passion, integrity and initiative to drive success in the delivery of compassionate care and services in this patient centric practice.
Demonstrable leadership and people skills with a hands-on approach is essential; and the successful candidate will have a sound knowledge of finance, HR, general business management, and strategic planning.
Previous healthcare management experience, competency in office IT and effective communication skills are all requirements for this post.
