Service Delivery Manager - North Birmingham

We are looking for a talented, driven and experienced healthcare manager to join us as Service Delivery Manager, taking accountability for the patient experience at all six of our sites to over 50,000 patients. You will be supported by a strong team of dedicated managers and a group of innovative and progressive GP partners. The Service Delivery Manager will ensure our patient experience is outstanding, motivate teams and deliver tangible results whilst adopting and applying the most appropriate lean and agile techniques. We provide a range of primary care services to our patients including minor surgery, sexual health, and a vaccination centre. We operate an urgent care on the day service, also supported by our contact centre. Closing date: 8th July 2022
