Practice Business Manager - Potters Bar

Parkfield Medical Centre is looking for an accomplished Practice Business Manager with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to provide business leadership and strategic vision. Ideally with experience of business and financial planning, the postholder will be expected to keep up to date with the constant changes in primary care and ensure the practice remains compliant with its statutory and contractual obligations. They will be responsible for service improvement and meeting targets and will be an excellent all-round Manager with the ability to solve problems and find solutions, whilst also providing support and guidance to the practice team.
