Practice Manager - Pembrokeshire

The practice is well regarded locally being a well-established GP training practice and having the North Pembrokeshire cluster lead as one of the partners. Staff turnover is low and in addition to the seven, soon to become eight, partners the clinical team includes two salaried GPs, GP trainees, two advanced nurse practitioners, an advanced paramedic practitioner, a prescribing pharmacist and an excellent practice nursing team. The partners are looking for an experienced leader with strong business management skills, particularly in managing staff, project management, public relations, and strategic planning. In addition to this, they should have experience of managing IT systems. Closing date: 14th July 2022
