From 1 April 2013 all providers of NHS general practice and other primary medical services must be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). If you are a practice manager/practice staff member and would like to find out more about how you can implement changes through your practice(s), this FPM CQC Roadshow is for you. This one-day event is invitation-only and we have invited speakers from related industries with direct inspection experience to share their experiences of what happens in a CQC inspection and how they have dealt with it. The event will also discuss how practice managers can engage with staff and help them adopt CQC changes.
