Practice Manager Salary Survey 2017

The gender wage gap has remained firmly in the headlines in 2017 and it’s something we will be exploring again in this year’s Practice Manager Salary Survey. We discovered that men earned upwards of 10% more than women working in practice management roles last year – will there have been a significant change since then? Help us find out for the chance to win an iPad Mini 4!

For this year’s survey, FPM have once again partnered with MIAB, who offer bespoke insurance and expert advice. Together, we plan to collate and calculate the average practice manager’s salaries and year-on-year percentage change, as well as providing a detailed bonus analysis.

We’ll also be looking to shed light on how age and experience affect salaries in practice management, as well as examining the differences in pay between the regions, how many PMs are getting pay rises and the hours you’re working. All you need to do for a chance to win is fill in your name and email address before completing the survey, and you will be automatically entered into the prize draw. We struggle with the accessing services for our patients i.e. mental health etc and also spend lot of time trying to chase up the PCSE and NHS England to resolve financial issues. Bing back the FPCs and the PCTs,
