First Practice Management’s Policy and Procedure Library has proved time and again to be a vital resource for Practice Managers, and feedback has told us that doing more to highlight the changes we make to the documents would be beneficial. With that in mind, here’s a round-up of the changes that have been made this week.
- Payslip - Staff Guide to Understanding
- Learning Disability DES
- Dementia - Enhanced Service Specification
- Locum Agreement
- Complaints Annual Report
- Expense Claim Form
- Training Evaluation Form
- Personal Learning Plan (Nurses) Policy
- Pay Secrecy
- Eyesight Tests (Reimbursements of Costs) Policy
- Drug Allergies - Recording of Statement
There are a number of documents from the HR section in the updates, mainly policies that have been reviewed to ensure they’re all up to date as part of our regular process of monitoring the content in the database. Payslip - Staff Guide to Understanding received an update to include sections on National Insurance classes and an explanation of tax codes.
Elsewhere, documents Learning Disability DES and Dementia - Enhanced Service Specification have been reworked to make them more streamlined, while the Patients’ Charter leaflet received a formatting overhaul to make it easier to read and add a dash of colour.
