Another key benefit of FPMS Pro is the incredibly flexible Schedule Management tool. Did you know you can use this software to define working patterns and staff schedules across your practice?
Even if individual staff members work different shift patterns, times or days, you can easily add them to the schedule so everyone knows who is working.
This tool is free to all FPM members. It allows you to:
- Easily check to see which staff members are working each shift
- Assign staff to different staff categories ,helping to ensure you have the appropriate cover available when leave is requested
- Map out working patterns for staff - even if they work different shift patterns or days
- Transform the task of scheduling staff rotas into a quick and easy process
Schedule Manager can be accessed for free on the FPMS platform, so if you haven’t registered for FPMS yet simply follow the instructions below. Don’t worry, the registration process will only take a couple of minutes and is designed to be quick and simple.
How to Sign Up for FPMS Pro
You may have noticed your homepage looks a little different, with a new tab at the top of the page:
To create your new FPMs Pro account, simply hover over the tab and click create account. You will then be taken to a new screen and asked for your practice ID. Next, you will be asked to log in with your FPM details.
Your account will then be created and you can access all of these exciting new features!
