Last Wednesday saw First Practice Management (FPM) Group hold their second CQC Roadshow of the year at The Silk Mill in Derby and once again the event was a huge success. Practice Manager Salary Survey 2015
The Institute for Fiscal Studies announced earlier this year that incomes had grown by 1.8 per cent between 2011/2012 and 2014/2015. It may have been a slow economic recovery, but figures suggested that incomes were finally back to pre-recession figures. Duty of candour and investigating medical negligence: What about the employees?
The ‘duty of candour’ rules came into force on 29th June 2015 and impacts all healthcare professionals in the UK. The regulation requires professionals such as Doctors, Nurses and Dentists to inform patients and apologise when things go wrong and provide reasonable support and truthful information.
