This week we have added a new document that has been requested by members, a Quality Assurance / Management Policy that helps practices document their compliance with high standards of quality across the business.
We have also added more documents to help practices prepare for the implementation of GDPR, including updated versions of the Communication by Text and Email Consent Form and Complaint - Third Party Consent Form (England).
