Promoting Excellent
Communications Training
One of
the challenges often facing GPs and Practice Managers is how everyone
at the Practice communicates as a team.
Organisations
which focus on good communications are more efficient, happier and
safer environments; on the other hand poor communication leads to
inefficiency, the risk of mistakes, and low morale.
Communicating
well is the responsibility of every member of the Practice, however
managers have a particular role to play in leading by example and
ensuring effective communication throughout the organisation.
This

advice and guidance to help Practices develop and maintain effective
