Agenda for Change toolkit - step by step guide to help you assess whether to adopt parts of AfC, and if so how to go about it

Appointment capacity audit toolkit - designed to provide managers with a methodology for recording and analysing appointment capacity

Appointment demand audit toolkit - designed to provide managers with a methodology for recording and analysing appointment capacity

Business planning toolkit - a overview of the value to the practice of having a business plan, and a step by step guide to developing a plan

Care Quality Commission Core Standards Toolkit - helps Practices assess where they are, and do some pre-preparation for the Care Quality Commission registration and core standards which will apply to practices in 2012

Cashflow Toolkit - This toolkit is a comprehensive Excel-based toolkit enabling managers to track practice income and expenditure in over 130 different income / expenditure streams, to both original budgets and to forecasts with variance reporting. The Toolkit also derives Key Performance Indicators from the figures for an overview of practice financial performance.

Clinical Audit Toolkit - This Toolkit is designed to help practices adopt a systematic approach to clinical audit including selection criteria and documentation of results.

Consultation Balancer Toolkit - designed for Practices to map out their standard appointment schedules/configuration through the week enabling the comparison of slot by each GP/by slot type/by day of the week

Continuity Planning toolkit - a step by step guide to preparing a plan that enables the practice to continue operating despite adverse events

Access toolkit (version 4) - a generic access toolkit

Dispensary Standard Operating Procedures - a starting point for the development of Dispensary SOPs

Job Applications Scoring toolkit - designed to be used as an initial sift of candidates based on a scoring system

Patient Experience Survey toolkit (England) - helps Practices obtain the best results from the Patient Experience Survey (England)

Patient Participation Toolkit - guidelines and resources for the DES implementation 2011 to 2014

Pharmacy Continuity Toolkit - to introduce pharmacy staff to the concept of disaster (Continuity) planning and to provide a document which is easy to follow from first principles through to the preparation of a Continuity Plan for your own pharmacy / outlet.

PPA Claim Spreadsheet - an easy to use tool which enables practices to record their Prescription Pricing Authority reimbursement submissions on an “item by item” basis, and reconcile the reimbursement amount when it is paid back to the items claimed. The spreadsheet can be used as an ongoing record of all the practice reimbursable items.

Practice Management core competency framework toolkit - enables managers to assess the level at which they are working

QOF Aspiration & Monitoring toolkit - a really useful tool for calculating and monitoring performance against the Quality & Outcomes Framework

Referrals Audit toolkit - provides a framework through which Practices can review and audit their referrals to secondary care

Risk Assessment toolkit - a step by step guide to risk assessment

Room usage toolkit - designed with a methodology to enable practices to map out their room usage by clinician, and to calculate the percentage capacity use.

Significant/Critical Event toolkit - a step by step guide to the recording and the review of Significant/Critical Events

Work Study toolkit - enables managers to record and monitor the key items of work carried out by individual staff members
