What is Private Income?:-
Private Income is a software-based programme tailored specifically to GP Surgeries in order to record private fees e.g. reports, photocopying, private medicals, foster reports etc.

About the Software:-
Many practices currently have a paper-based system in which they record all their Private Income information to, or they use excel. With the Private Income Software all this information can be recorded electronically and the system will automatically produce professional invoices and reminder letters to guarantee you receive payment promptly. Once you have entered all the information onto the Private Income system, you have complete control over all the data within the database. The system automatically produces Alerts informing you of payments overdue by 30 and 60 days. You can then produce first and second reminder letters which automatically populate all the information from the database into the letter. You also have a vast array of reports, ranging from Drs' Medical Stats, Medical Report Stats, High Price Income, Outstanding payments - 30 & 60 days etc.
Entering the information into the software is quick and simple and we can also integrate into Private Income your clinical system patient database.

Fully Networked:
Access the Private Income Software from any computer in the practice. We only charge one license fee which covers the whole practice, unlike other companies who charge per computer.

User Level Control System:
The Administrator can assign specific permissions to users, allowing them either read or write permission access to the information. This can be particularly useful if you have users using the software to provide insurance companies with information they have requested. Therefore, you don't have to worry that a user will accidentally delete certain information as they have read access only. There are four user access levels, Level 4 being the administrator.

Automatically Generate Professional Invoices:
Once the information has been entered onto the system, the software can automatically produce professional invoices, populated by the fields from the software.

Automatically Generates Professional 1st & 2nd Reminder Letters:
Once again, when the information has been entered onto the system, and you have already sent the company an invoice, but have still not received payment by 30 and/or 60 days, the system will alert you and automatically produce 1st and 2nd reminder letters, which are populated by the information you have entered into the system.

Report Alerts:
The great thing about this system is that it facilitates and automates everything so that you don't have to worry about losing out on payments. Within the main screen of the Private Income Software, if payments are outstanding, a small Alerts box appears at the top of the screen. If you click on these Alert boxes, it will take you into a report displaying all the outstanding payments with the corresponding company information, date invoice and reminder letters were sent to company and how many days the payment is overdue.

Elapsed Payment Alert:
For every record you are in, you will see an Alert within that record displaying how long the payment is overdue by. Once the payment has been received, the Alert will disappear.

Advanced Search Facility:
If you need to find something fast, this can be done easily and quickly. Every field within the Private Income software can be searched upon. So if you have the company's reference number, then you can search under this field and find what you are looking for in seconds.

Totals and Percentage Calculation:
Within the main screen of Private Income, you will see a Statistics section at the bottom right side of the screen. This section presents a quick summary of Total Fees Outstanding/Received and also gives the percentage Received/Outstanding.

Easily Integrate the Practice Letterhead:
The software allows you to link your existing practice letterhead into the system so that it will be displayed at the top of your invoices and letters.

Internal Messaging System:
The system is designed so that a workgroup of users can access it. If an individual has a query regarding an insurance report etc, they can easily send an internal message within the Private Income software, and when the user, for whom it's intended logs into the system, they will see the message popup on their screen.

Administration:
Level 4 users can access the high level features of the software, allowing them to Add New Users to the system, View the Global Message Viewer, Add Employees, Doctors, Patients and Income Types to the database and Change Company Information etc...

Private Income is available for just £650 and an annual fee of £175 after the first year. This price includes Remotely Accessing your computer and installing/configuring the software, practice support, network capabilities, unlimited users, upgrades, user guides and all the features advertised.
