Governance and Compliance Software

Assuritec's Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) is a PC based software tool designed for GP Practices. MPA is purpose designed for the effective management of governance, compliance and PCT submission requirements. A unique Practice product; FPM has worked closely with Assuritec to create a wide range of Practice-specific ready-to-use governance and compliance templates. Its purpose is to assist the Practice to organise, control, and maintain policies, procedures, protocols. It uses a simple and flexible template-driven approach, and comes with ready-to-use templates which have been compiled by FPM for use with the full range of documents in the FPM Library as well as with a Practice's existing documents. The templates include:

- QOF
- Human Resources
- Premises
- Health & Safety
- Day to Day Procedures
- Dispensary
- Finance & Accounting
- IM&T
- Partnership Matters
- Standards for Better Health
- Primary Care Organisation

In addition, Practices can create their own collection structures and save them as templates (i.e. document structures without documents) for distribution or re-use next time around, saving lots of time.

This is a very powerful program that we at FPM can recommend to help you organise your Practice documents easily and efficiently for any audience, e.g. for use within your Practice, or in the case of QOF or Standards for Better Health, to send to your PCO as evidence.
