GP Patient Survey – Your doctor, your experience, your say (formerly
known as the National Patient Experience Survey)
The GP
Patient Survey follows the agreement between NHS Employers and the
GPC on linking general practice awards for delivering Directed Enhanced
Services for Access and Choice to patients’ experiences. Survey
results will provide a measure of Practices’ achievements in
delivering improved access to services and offering a choice of secondary
care provider and will determine the level of awards due to Practices
under those Directed Enhanced Service schemes.
To
help Practices maximise the benefit from the survey, we have prepared
a toolkit which sets out practical steps which your
