Racial discrimination in the provision of services
The Equality Act 2010 makes it unlawful for service providers who offer goods, facilities or services to the public
to discriminate against a person on the grounds of that person's colour, race, nationality, ethnic or national origins.
Practice should ensure that they do not discriminate in the provision of their services and are advised to implement an Equal Opportunities/Anti-Discrimination (Service Provision) Policy - a downloadable draft policy is in the Members Library -
