Primary Care Quality and Information Service Risk Practice Self Assessment Toolkit for General Practice.
The PCQIS have launched an all Wales initiative to help tackle risks in General Practice. The Risk Practice Self Assessment Toolkit aims to offer GP practices help, advice and support to identify and tackle key risk areas. The 'free' risk assessment service is open to all practices in Wales. Practices wishing to be included in the project, please contact Geraint.lewis@nphs.wales.nhs.uk or tel: 01443 824193.
