Due to retirement we are looking to recruit a capable, enthusiastic and committed Assistant/Deputy Practice Manager to join our friendly GP practice based in the Chapeltown Area of Sheffield This may suit a candidate who is looking for the next step in their career.
Chapelgreen Practice serves a population of around 15,000 patients across two sites, by our experienced team of Partners, Salaried GP’s, Nurse Practitioners and Practice Nurses, supported by our Patient Care Coordinators, Data Management Team, Patient Services and Patient Participation Group. We have recently been approved as a Primary Care Network, working with other local practices to offer further extended services. This is an exciting new challenge which we as a practice embrace. Recent telephone contact with CQC standards have confirmed that our rating of Good remains unchanged.
This is a highly varied role and the successful candidate will ideally have a primary care background with areas of strong team leadership, HR, finance and administration skills to be able to support the Practice Manager in the day to day running of the practice, and to deliver effective and efficient services to our practice population.

Experience of working within a GP Practice would be an advantage but not a necessity as training will be given.
