Northbourne Medical Centre is a newly renovated health centre, which sits in a spectacular position on the Sussex Coast, with the beautiful South Downs as a backdrop and close to the vibrant city of Brighton.
The Partners are looking for an accomplished manager to lead their team of loyal, dedicated and patient-centered staff. The ideal candidate will be someone who is creative, innovative and can multitask with clarity. They will need to have proven leadership skills and combine these with operational management knowhow. A flair for exploring potential business opportunities and ability to adjust to a constantly changing local and national environment would also be desirable. Proven ability in finance, HR and IT is essential, and experience of practice management or working in an NHS environment advantageous.
The successful candidate will be supported on induction by the current interim management team to ensure a seamless introduction to the practice. The practice is a training practice and, in turn, there is an expectation for the Practice Manager to mentor and contribute to the training of the next generation.
