We are seeking a highly accomplished and highly motivated individual to join a well-respected and high achieving practice. With a stable team and supportive partners, the Practice Manager will lead the practice’s strategic development and planning processes whilst maintaining the operational running of day to day services to patients.
Candidates will need proven people management skills combined with effective planning, prioritisation and communication abilities. Strong leadership, empathy and ability to problem solve are essential, together with a high level of IT competency. Managerial experience in health care is desirable but not essential.
Supported by a Finance Manager, Assistant Practice Manager, and Reception Team Leaders, the Practice Manager will build on the existing establishment and ensure it is robust to meet the challenges of the changing primary care environment.
Staines Health Group is located in Staines-upon-Thames close to both the River Thames and M25. We operate from NHS Property Co premises which house 3 practices together with community and commissioned services, serving a population of 12,300 patients.
