Putneymead have created a rare Senior Management team opportunity in our friendly progressive GP training practice in South West London
There are 2 new Senior Management Leads required in HR/Contracts and workforce planning & Facilities Management.
As part of a recent period of internal restructuring we have created 2 new and unique Lead roles within our large, welcoming and forward thinking team.
The successful candidate will work autonomously and collaboratively with 4 other Management Leads, each responsible for a different work stream, with support from our 9 Partners. We are a high achieving, innovative and outward facing training practice with a team of 75 colleagues. Our CQC rating was ‘Outstanding’ in 2017, serving a patient population of 26,000 from bright, modern and refurbished premises in Putney, London SW15.
The newly created posts on offer are:
37.5 hours per week - Pay £31,878 - £42,692.40 WTE depending on relevant skills & experience
37.5 hours per week - Pay £26,553 - £34,495 WTE depending on relevant skills & experience
