As we continue to lead the way in primary care with a growing network of GP Practices across London, an exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Network Improvement Manager.
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, passionate and articulate primary care manager who is determined to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will work alongside practice teams to improve quality, safety and performance to a local network of GP Practices based within either East or North West/Central London. They will have available the suite of products and support from our Learning and Technology teams to help improve and deliver care and process improvement.

You must have a deep understanding of primary care, clinical system expertise (SystmOne/ Emis) and people management, together with a passion for improving healthcare and improving lives.
