30 hrs per week (flexible for the right candidate)
Serving our local community of 3,330 patients, this small, friendly and dynamic General Medical Practice is seeking an experienced manager with excellent communication and organisational skills to join our team and assist with further development. Candidates must have proven management experience and a firm understanding of strategic business management, finance, planning and HR.
Resilient leadership skills, effective communication ability at all levels and competency in office IT are essential. A background in healthcare would be an advantage but is not essential.
Supported by an established administrative team, you will also have the vision, willingness and drive to adapt to changes in the NHS and meet targets within a profitable, efficient working environment. You will have the aptitude to support practice engagement with the wider health economy as required, such as our Primary Care Network, our local practice manager network and secondary care providers, to ensure that we are consistently kept aware of best practice and new developments.
The successful applicant will be expected to meet the English language fluency requirements as outlined in the Immigration Act 2016.

Salary range £32,000 - £38,000 (pro-rata) per annum depending upon experience
