Legislation Update: Parental leave

Unpaid parental leave is now available to parents of children up to the age of 18 years. 18 weeks leave per child. 4 full weeks maximum per week. SPP, SMP and SAP rose to £139.58. SSP rose to £88.45 per week. ‘Exclusivity clauses’ in zero hours contracts are now unlawful.
