- AMSPAR/City and Guilds Level 5 Diploma in Primary Care Management by Open Learning A qualification programme that is about “real life” practice management, that is ahead of the game with regard to the ever-changing face of primary care, that will make you a better manager, but that is flexible enough to allow you to study when you want to.
- Masterclasses for Practice Managers 1-day and 2-day events that cover topics such as Leadership Skills, Strategic Development Planning, Mentoring and Developing Staff, Managing Performance, Managing Practice Nurses, Effective Appraisals, Budget Management and Financial Forecasting . These masterclasses have been specially developed for experienced GP Practice Managers and Business Managers who wish to develop their management skills at a strategic level
- If you are looking to develop your staff, we have a range of Level 3 qualification programmes accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) that have been developed specifically for Senior Receptionists and Assistant/Deputy Practice Managers. We also have a Development Programme for GP Receptionists accredited by the Open College Network and a whole range of short training courses from Telephone Techniques to Recruitment and Selection.
