"Developing
a Partnership Team: What the Practice Manager Should Know" -
a full-day workshop for Practice Managers
This
is an exciting and interesting workshop for Managers who want to understand
the functioning of their Partnership team, what often goes wrong between
Partners and the effect on the Practice, the Manager’s role
in managing the Partners, and how to facilitate excellent teamwork.
This
workshop has been developed, and is presented by, Patricia Gray. Patricia
is an HR specialist and Management Consultant who has eleven years
experience as a Practice Business Manager/Partner and now works as
a management adviser, trainer and facilitator in general practice.
Patricia combines the theory of teamwork in the context of a team
of GPs along with her experience of working with numerous Practice
Managers and GPs. She uses practical examples to explore the issues
and gives examples of how teamwork can be improved. There are plenty
of opportunities for participants to share their experiences and learn
from one another in a “safe” environment.
