Patricia
is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD)
For the
past eleven years Patricia has been a Business Manager and a Partner
in a general practice. Over the past six years she has been developing
a parallel career, alongside practice business management, providing
practice consultancy, facilitation, training of GPs and managers,
running workshops and VTS residential courses, and advising practices
particularly on HR issues and organisational issues. She has also
providing training on an AMSPAR diploma course covering a range of
topics. She is a regular contributor to GP journal and she has also
written articles for Primary Care Management.
She resigned
from her partnership at the end of March 2005 after eleven happy years
in order to develop further her career as a management consultant,
facilitator, trainer and management adviser.
