Referrals Audit toolkit

The toolkit provides a framework through which Practices can review and audit their referrals to secondary care. Data extracted from the clinical system is entered into the toolkit spreadsheet, which in turn produces reports by GP and by specialism. The toolkit also provides sample selection reports in preparation for discussion and peer review.
