Dispensary Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) toolkit

The Dispensary Services Quality Scheme ('the Scheme') came into effect on 26th September 2006. The Scheme rewards Practices for providing high quality services to their dispensing patients. The Scheme requires participating Practices to implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for their Dispensary.

This toolkit gives Practices a starting point for the development of their Dispensary SOPs.
